THE ART OF PAINTING
ACRYLICS
My work is bold and bright, and is interpreted in a very dynamic, larger than life way. Close ups and detail are something I enjoy. Colour is important and I opt for bright, clean, fresh hues, never using black in my paintings. My background as a Graphic Designer is evident in my attention to detail, and I still managing to achieve a degree of impressionism in my paintings.
Acrylic paint allows me the versatility I require with the type of work I do. Its fast drying quality enables me to work more commercially to meet deadlines, but also allowing the flexibility of various techniques. I can, and have worked with oil paint, but always return to acrylic as it is the paint medium I have mastered.
I have many beautiful artworks which are all part of my creative journey, and these are available in my shop for purchase. I welcome the opportunity to collaborate & create specific commissions for customers, whether that be for interior designers to tie in with décor schemes or for private clients who want that something special for their office or home.
